Belinda Young has been freelancing as a writer since 2018. Prior to that, she’s been a lifer in the culinary industry. She has worked in many food jobs from recipe creation and production to large-scale events. An avid traveler, Belinda has travelled to almost every state in the USA to either open store locations or try unique restaurants. Immersing herself in local culture is one of her favorite things to do. She attempts to create a new recipe nearly every week in her spare time and blog about it. Currently, she performs gourmet cheese and wine demos (among other very cool things).

Belinda writes about anything from home and garden improvement to travel and pop culture. She always knows that a good piece of writing is one that captures honesty. Nonetheless, she always remembers that life is nothing without (at least) a little magic involved. When not writing or cooking, she is involved with a local dog rescue group. Oh, we forgot to mention… She is owned by five dogs who often take advantage of her hospitality.
